Spirit...

So Greg is always saying that to hear God you have to use your spirit. Well it is really hard. I don't know if I am doing it right. He says to go into the closet of prayer and meditate but when I try that I am either too distracted or nothing happens and I am just sitting there. I just wish there was an exact manual on how to actually use your spirit. That would be really nice. Anyways I have to go to bed cuz I have church in the morning...
